Julia and Mark were fantastic. They were able to recover data from a dead laptop with two hard drives. A more complicated task than normal, requiring removal of the motherboard to access the main hard drive storage. They backed up my data to an external drive plus kept a copy to replace if I have any problems. Honest, helpful, kind, caring people. I will certainly use their expertise again.
